By accessing and using the Mr. Montreal Photobooth website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Mr. Montreal Photobooth provides premium photobooth rental services for weddings, corporate events, parties, and other celebrations in the Greater Montreal Area. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via email or phone.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you submit. Final pricing is subject to date, location, availability, and selected options. We reserve the right to adjust pricing before a booking is confirmed.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received and a written confirmation is sent. Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Mr. Montreal Photobooth and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mr. Montreal Photobooth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
7. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our SMS messaging program, submit a booking request, enter into a service agreement, or purchase services from Mr. Montreal Photobooth.
By submitting your telephone number, opting in to receive text messages, completing a booking or inquiry form, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement.
If you are under 18 years old, you may use the website or contact us only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must complete the booking and provide any required SMS consent on your behalf.
We do not knowingly collect SMS consent from children under 13. If we learn that personal information or SMS consent was submitted by a child under 13 without appropriate parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
8. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your telephone number and selecting the applicable consent checkbox(es) on our website quote form, you may opt in to receive text messages from Mr. Montreal Photobooth. There are two separate opt-in options:
- Non-marketing messages: Quote and inquiry follow-ups, booking confirmations, appointment or event reminders, service and support updates.
- Marketing messages: Special offers, promotions, discounts, new services, and event-related updates — only when separate marketing consent has been provided.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to the telephone number from which you received the message. You will be immediately unsubscribed from future SMS messages.
To get help: Reply HELP for assistance. You will receive a message with our business name, a support telephone number or email, and instructions to reply STOP to unsubscribe.
To opt back in: Complete the website quote form again and select the appropriate consent checkbox.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
